Hi, I’m Wassia

I know firsthand what it’s like to face challenges that technical skills alone can’t solve.

There was a time in my career when I encountered obstacles that my credentials hadn’t prepared me for. Despite being a CPA, CMA, and holding an MBA, I found myself stuck.

I knew how to pass an audit, but I struggled to advocate for myself and my team.

I understood the numbers, but couldn’t effectively present them to drive change.

I wanted to be a great manager, yet my high potential employees kept jumping ship instead of staying in the ship.

As I shared in The Wall Street Journal, my superiors, though less credentialed, excelled in areas that mattered most—insights, acumen, and the soft skills that truly drive success.

This realization shifted my approach to personal development.

I began studying what truly makes leaders successful and developed a mindset and a blueprint that accelerated my career. That’s why it took me ten years to reach the position of Director of Finance, but only five more to ascend to CFO.

Now, I’m on a mission to help to make that transition to executive leadership easier for finance and accounting professionals.
